For the purposes of transparency, the United Kingdom is signposting Members to the GB mandatory classification and labelling list, which is a list of all the mandatory classification and labelling requirements of substances and groups of substances made by the Secretary of State in accordance with Article 37 and Article 37A of the retained CLP Regulation (EC) No. 1272/2008 as amended for Great Britain.
